1. Who can take part?
• You may take part in our Offer if you're over the age of 18, are a new registered Member of Virgin Bet and are physically located in South Africa.
• Please remember, you can't participate in this Offer if you're subject to any responsible gambling or other account restriction that makes you unable to take part in this Offer.

2. How does it work?
• Within 30 days of signing up as a new Virgin Bet member, make a successful first deposit of between R10-R3,000 (the "Qualifying Deposit") and receive a deposit match bonus equal to your deposit amount up to R3,000 (the "Bonus").
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other welcome offer or sign-up offer.
• To withdraw your Bonus, you will need to complete the Wagering Requirements within 30 days (see below for further details).

3. What happens if I qualify?
• If you're eligible to take part in this offer and make a Qualifying Deposit, you'll be awarded the Bonus. The Bonus will be activated in your account immediately upon successful deposit.
• You must use your Bonus within 14 days of it being issued. If you don't use the Bonus within this timeframe, the Bonus will expire and shall be removed from your Account.

4. What can I do with my Bonus?
• You can use the Bonus to wager on any Casino Game.
• You will not be able to use the Bonus to place bets on sports or virtual sports but you can use your real money balance.

5. What are the Wagering Requirements?
• For the Bonus to be withdrawable, you will need to wager the full amount 40 times on Casino (the 'Wagering Requirements').
• Wagering on different games contribute different amounts to the Wagering Requirements:
  • Casino Slots – 100%;
  • Casino table games – 25%;
  • Live Casino – 0%;
  • Baccarat and Live Baccarat - 0%
• Any winnings from wagers placed during the fulfilment of the Wagering Requirements that contain both cash funds and Bonus funds will be distributed to each respective balance at the same ratio, i.e. if a R100 wager is made consisting of R20 cash and R80 Bonus funds, 20% of the winnings will return to the cash balance and 80% to the Bonus balance.
• From the moment the Bonus is activated, each customer has 14 days to fulfil the rollover condition. In the event that the 14-day period has expired, any Bonus amount remaining will be automatically forfeited.
• If a request to withdraw the initial deposit is made before the Wagering Requirements have been completed, any remaining Bonus will be forfeited. You can check the amount you have left to wager to release the bonus in your account section.

6. The other important Legal bits
• If you opt to participate in this Offer, your participation in this Offer is subject to compliance with these Offer Rules, the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions at all times.
• If any of the above Rules and the T&Cs are in conflict, the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions will take priority, following by the Offer Rules and lastly, the Bonus Rules.
• This Offer can't be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Bet promotion or bonus offer.
• Where a restriction is applied to your Account under the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions or your eligibility to receive the Bonus offered as part of this Offer is otherwise reduced by us under the Bonus Rules (an "Account Restriction") after you have placed a Qualifying Bet (where placed before we have notified you of the Account Restriction), you may contact our Customer Service Team to obtain the full number and expected value of any Bonus that you should have been awarded under this Offer, where altered or removed by such Account Restriction. This term is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions to Bonuses as necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or as required by law or regulation as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
• Any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the Offer Period, or (ii) during the Offer Period but before any Bonus is credited, will not be eligible to receive any Bonus.
• Your deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Bonus Bet Token/s) and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this Offer, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
• If (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have seriously breached any of these terms, we may render Bonuses, bets, refunds and/or related winnings in your Account void, and we reserve the right to close your Account.
