How to get my Bonus

1. Who can take part?

You may take part in our Offer if you’re over the age of 18, are a new registered Member of Virgin Bet (from 16/02/2026) and are physically located in South Africa.
Please remember, you can’t participate in this Offer if you’re subject to any responsible gambling or other account restriction that makes you unable to take part in this Offer.

2. How does it work?

Within 14 days of signing up as a new member of Virgin Bet, make a successful first deposit of between R10-R3,000 to your account (the “Qualifying Deposit”) and receive 100% deposit match bonus up to R3,000 (the ‘Bonus’).
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other welcome offer or sign-up offer.
To withdraw your Bonus, you will need to complete the Wagering Requirements within 14 days (see below for further details).

3. What happens if I qualify?

If you’re eligible to take part in this offer and make a Qualifying Deposit, you’ll be awarded the Bonus. The Bonus will be added to your Account shortly after your initial deposit (but please allow up to 24 hours).

4. What can I do with my Bonus?

You can use the Bonus to wager on any Casino Game.
You will not be able to use the Bonus to place bets on sports or virtual sports, but you can use your real money balance.
The Bonus is withdrawable subject to the Wagering Requirements detailed below, and can also be used on the Virgin Bet website.

5. What are the Wagering Requirements?

To withdraw the Bonus, you will need to wager/bet 40 times the bonus value on Casino (the ‘Wagering Requirements’).
Betting on different games contributes different amounts to the Wagering Requirements, as follows:

Betting on sports and/or virtual sports will not count towards the Wagering Requirements.
Time Period to Meet Wagering Requirements: Once your Bonus is in your Account, you have 14 days to meet the Wagering Requirements. If you don’t complete them within 14 days, any remaining bonus will expire and be removed from your Account. You can always check how much you still need to wager in the Account Section.
Withdrawing Before Completing Wagering: If you request to withdraw your initial deposit before meeting the Wagering Requirements for this Welcome Offer, your Bonus will be forfeited.

6. What Else Do I Need to Know?

How Winnings and Bonus Work: If you place a bet using both cash and bonus funds, any winnings will be split in the same proportion.
Example: If you wager R100 made up of R20 cash and R80 bonus, then 20% of your winnings will go to your cash balance and 80% to your bonus balance.
The maximum bet you can make with your bonus is R3,000.
The maximum transfer you can make from bonus to cash wallet is R30,000.
Cancelling Your Bonus: You can cancel your Bonus anytime. If you do, you’ll lose any remaining bonus funds, and any pending bets placed with bonus funds will be cancelled.

7. The other important Legal bits

If you opt to participate in this Offer, your participation in this Offer is subject to compliance with these Offer Rules, the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions at all times.
If any of the above Rules and the T&Cs are in conflict, the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions will take priority, following by the Offer Rules and lastly, the Bonus Rules.
This Offer can't be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Bet promotion or bonus offer.
Your deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Bonus Bet Token/s) and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this Offer, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
If (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have seriously breached any of these terms, we may render Bonuses, bets, refunds and/or related winnings in your Account void, and we reserve the right to close your Account.
Any terms not defined in these Offer Rules shall be given the same meaning as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
